We recently changed our name from METBENCH to MOX. Please pardon our progress as we update our training videos to reflect our new name. The content of the videos are current and equally apply to MOX.
The videos in this section are designed to provide the viewer with an in-depth understanding of the various features and functions of MOX. Where appropriate, documents and other course materials are provided to assist with the topic being discussed. If you are new to MOX, we recommend you watch the videos in the order listed below. Please don’t hesitate to call us with any questions or comments regarding these tutorials. Thank you for watching.
Introduction to MPS
MPS is the calibration module of MOX used to design, create, manage and automate data sheet templates for the calibration of measuring and test equipment. This video demonstrates the basic features of MPS, including how to start and close a calibration.
Introduction to CMS
CMS is the asset management module of MOX that provides comprehensive workflow management for your calibration laboratory. This video is an introduction to the basic features of CMS.
MetSpec is an electronic library of instrument specifications organized by function and range. MPS uses these specifications to perform a number of unique functions, such as building calibration test points, automating the calculation of TAR/TUR and EMU and performing automatic guard banding. MetSpec also hosts the MOX system’s master list of units of measure and its conversion equations to a base unit. MPS uses this data to convert units of measure in real time between test point units and standard range units.
Introduction to Data Sheets
Design, develop and work with datasheets.
Introduction to MOX Mobile
Uncertainty Modeling in MPS
This video demonstrates how EMU, TAR and TUR are managed in MPS.
